Project Description

The vision-guided robot grabs the elevator door panels and depalletizes the upper-hanging spraying and lower-hanging palletizing to improve the automation level of the door panel spraying line. The system needs to be compatible with identifying different types of door panels, and output a single door panel model, front and back, center coordinates and posture.

Solution advantage

Through the training model on the Mixed AI platform, the vision system can recognize door panels of different colors and models, and output accurate poses; the system can adapt to the situation where the door panels are reflective and closely fitted, and can maintain stable recognition performance even under a large field of view.
