Project Description

 

The composite robot moves to the CNC machine , and the six-axis manipulator is visually controlled to pick up the workpiece from the tray, put the workpiece into the secondary positioning fixture for scanning, and after turning over and secondary positioning, put the workpiece into the CNC internal carrier In the process, the finished product is sucked and transported to the empty TRAY rack after the processing is completed.

 

Solution Advantage

 

The 3D vision system can adapt to the inconsistent level of the ground in the workshop, and complete the loading and unloading of workpieces with high precision, with an accuracy of up to 0.05mm;
One composite robot drags two sets of TRAY trays for loading and unloading, which can cover 10 CNC machine tools, improving automation level and production efficiency;

The visual software adopts integrated control, and the modular design is easy to operate. By scanning the QR code, transmitting data and docking with MES/FMS and other systems, it realizes unmanned production in the workshop.
